Hi, I’m Kerry Ellwanger and I’m a freshman from Hickory, NC.
I’m planning on getting a double major in computer science and math. I would like
to eventually get a master’s degree in computer science. As someone might
expect from a computer science/math major, I’m not the best reader or writer
and I am hoping ENGL128 will help me improve those skills. It also meets the
literary analysis graduation requirement which I need to take. I enjoy running,
biking, hiking, and anything else to keep me active. I am trying to do a thru
hike of the Appalachian Trail next year. I not sure what else I can say about
myself. I have two younger brothers and an older sister. I have a dog, two
cats, chickens, and goats. I enjoy being at Carolina because it is a great
school academically so I learn a lot and I like the people here.
